Fundraising

A Fundraise in Worth is the investment campaign component of a project. Fundraises allow you to tell your story, showcase your track record, manage investor relationships, and optionally create public promotional pages to attract capital.

What is a Fundraise?

Every project has a fundraise that includes:

  • Story - Your narrative and why investors should care
  • Track Record - Historical revenue and performance data
  • Investor Pipeline - Lead tracking and bid management
  • Documents - Term sheets and legal agreements
  • Media - Videos, audio, and images
  • Promo Site - Optional public-facing promotional page

We work with creators to customize content and confidentiality settings for each fundraise based on your specific needs.

The Fundraising tab in your project provides six main sections:

Common Questions

Can I run multiple fundraises? Each project has one fundraise, but you can create multiple projects for different catalogs or funding rounds.

What if I want to keep revenue data private? You can choose what to display on public promo sites. Private data is only shown to project members.

How do I qualify investors? Investors self-attest to accreditation. You're responsible for verifying investor qualifications per securities regulations.

Can I change investment terms mid-campaign? Yes, but communicate changes clearly to active investors. Major changes may require notifying leads as well.

What happens if my fundraise doesn't reach its goal? You control when and how to close your fundraise. There's no automatic closure or all-or-nothing requirement.

How do I close my fundraise? Contact the Worth team to discuss closing your fundraise and finalizing all investor relationships.
